At Akhada Club, we take as much care in delivering your training equipment as we do in preserving the traditional craft behind it. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and prepared to ensure your Mudgar reaches you safely and ready for training.

Order Processing

When Will My Order Ship?

Every Akhada Club order goes through a quality inspection and careful packaging process before dispatch.

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process, inspect, and securely package your order before it is handed over to our shipping partner.

Depending on your location and product, your order may be shipped through partners such as:

  • Other reliable logistics partners

Expected Delivery Times

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping — India

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier availability

Important Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, remote locations, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

  • Tracking information is provided for every shipped order

  • Tracking details are sent via email or WhatsApp/SMS where applicable

  • You can use your AWB/Tracking Number to monitor your shipment

Order Modifications

Need to Cancel Your Order?

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing your order

  • Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

  • If your order has already shipped, please contact us at info@akhadaclub.in and we'll guide you through the applicable return process

Important: Orders that have already been delivered cannot be treated as cancellation requests and will be subject to our applicable return/exchange terms.

Incorrect Shipping Address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you've entered an incorrect address.

  • Email us at info@akhadaclub.in

  • Include your order number

  • Provide the complete and correct shipping address

  • Address corrections are generally possible only before the order is dispatched

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Quality Assurance

Damaged During Transit?

Your Mudgar is a substantial training tool, and we take packaging and transit protection seriously.

Every Akhada Club order is carefully inspected before dispatch and securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not begin using the product.

  2. Contact us at info@akhadaclub.in as soon as possible.

  3. Include your order number.

  4. Send us clear photographs and/or a video showing the outer packaging and the damaged product.

  5. Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, repair, or refund, subject to our assessment and applicable policy terms.

Important: Please retain the original packaging until your complaint has been resolved, as the courier or our team may require photographs or inspection of the packaging.

Product-Specific Considerations

Traditional Wooden Mudgars

Our wooden Mudgars are crafted from natural wood. Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, knots, colour, and minor surface characteristics are normal and should not automatically be considered defects.

Each piece may have its own natural character, making your Mudgar unique.

Minor variations resulting from the natural properties of wood and traditional craftsmanship are not considered transit damage or manufacturing defects.

Delivery Issues

Shipment Delayed?

While we work hard to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Remote-area delivery limitations

  • Unforeseen logistical circumstances

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, contact us at info@akhadaclub.in with your order number and we'll assist you in tracking the shipment.

Package Shows as Delivered but You Haven't Received It?

If the courier tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the delivery status.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:
